Postpartum Services
Postpartum Nourishment
In the tender weeks after birth, nourishment is meant to restore rather than deplete further.
Often many foods served to mothers in the sacred window diminish the digestive fire rather than building it up slowly. (Agni in Ayurveda/Middle Burner in TCM)
This offering ensures freshly prepared nourishing meals, snacks & herbal teas tailored to meet the unique needs of both Mama and Baby during the postpartum window.
Each meal is structured utilizing Ayurvedic, TCM & Holistic teachings with the ultimate goal of rebuilding digestion, blood and vital energy while supporting nervous system regulation and gentle recovery.
This is care you don’t have to think about.
It is care that will offer spaciousness for you to be deeply present with your new precious, earthside baby.
Ayurvedic Abhyanga
Each In Home Ayurvedic Abhyanga session is tailored to the needs of Mamas sacred window of postpartum.
Mama will receive a warm oil massage using custom blends of organic herbal oils with the aim of balancing the elements and energetics of the body, mind and spirit.
These massages nourish the extremities & womb/sacral chakra with healthy oils, bringing lubrication and earthly balance to the body.
Landing in a nourished body after the transformational experience of birth is a non-negotiable. When Mama is grounded, she is regulated. When Mama is regulated, baby is regulated!
Herbal Foot Baths
Immerse your feet in warm, mineral-rich waters infused with salts and botanicals to soothe, ground and replenish your body.
Each In Home session includes a warm herbal infused Epsom soak followed by a gentle lower-leg and foot massage, inviting deep relaxation and renewed energy.
In TCM, the feet are portals to the entire bodys organ system & a massage can support stagnation & imbalances of the bodily systems.
Our skin is the first & largest organ of our body - it absorbs everything we put on or around it. Mineral rich foot baths are a gentle way to absorb minerals without upsetting the digestive tract.
These sessions are a beautiful way to honor your body’s journey and restore balance during the postpartum phase.
Yoni Steaming
a tradition also known as 'herbal steaming' or 'vaginal steaming' that has been used by women across many cultures to support feminine wellness. Many tribes also use it to support fertility & menstrual health.
Each In Home session is an opportunity to reconnect with your new, motherly womb space.
Throughout pregnancy, birth & postpartum, your body undergoes profound changes - yoni steaming can help you replenish reverence during a tender time.
Herbs are carefully chosen to meet your individual needs and support the health of your womb postpartum. As the steam rises, the healing oils and essences of the herbs are absorbed through the soft tissues of your yoni, offering benefits for your whole body—physically, energetically and emotionally.
Each In Home session will be feature this handcrafted yoni box crafted from birch wood, sealed with flaxseed oil & LOVE.
In African tribes steaming has been applied in postpartum to support cleansing the womb, restoring balance and reinvigorating the body with vital energy after childbirth.
In Korea: “Chai-Yok” or postpartum steaming with medicinal herbs was used to support replenishment after birth.
In TCM, it is used to support blood flow, tonify the uterus and restore balance to the yin & yang essences.
Personalized
Postpartum Care
Every family’s postpartum experience is different, which is why my care is never one size fits all.
I work closely with you to create a support plan that reflects your unique needs, priorities and rhythms during your families transition into parenthood; whether it be your first time or 10th.
For some families that means deeply restorative bodywork and nourishment focused on recovery and healing. For others, it may look like hands-on household support to ease the day-to-day load
or a balanced combination of both.
Whether you need structured care or ongoing support, we build a plan that evolves with you.
Hourly care is available for household support, including light tidying, meal preparation, and practical assistance around the home. Bodywork sessions can be added as desired, allowing you to receive therapeutic support when your body needs it most.
My intention is to create a steady, grounding presence in your home. You are meant to feel supported physically, mentally and emotionally as you move through the early postpartum period with greater ease.
